About Us
In the late 90’s the Stoltzfus family were dairy farmers. We found it increasingly difficult to communicate with feed suppliers to provide local dairies with feed and nutrition services that were needed. The decision was made to sell our cows and focus all our time and resources on a feed mill that would provide our neighboring farms a good, local source for feed.
Serving Delmarva Since 2001
Our vision began in 2001 as a local, family-owned feed mill, where farmers and others in the community could come to rely on affordable, high-quality feed for their business farms and hobby farms.
Begun under the experienced Steve Stoltzfus, the business is now under the solid leadership of his sons, Larion and Lamar. The spirit of the mill has always been local. In a world where corporate mills were commonplace, it was important to us that our customers not only know they could rely on our products, but that they could rely on us as good neighbors while supporting a local business.
Delmarva Feed offers feed and nutrition services to all species of livestock, grain bank for corn, custom hauling, commodity brokering and forage analysis services. Our bagged and bulk feeds are available for local delivery.
We believe in our community
And we show it by being active supporters of county and state fairs, volunteering for community organizations such as FFA clubs and 4-H. We also provide guidance to these youth club members by making recommendations for their projects.
The future
We strive to stay independent in a corporate world. We feel we can best serve our customers if we hold these values high; values of faith, honoring God and abiding by the Golden Rule.
Our goal for the future is to continue to provide a safe work environment where our employees may thrive and remain an affordable source for the best livestock feed.

The best feed for your livestock has to start with the best available ingredients. We strive to use only the finest and highest quality ingredients that in turn produce feeds that are truly formulated for performance. Whenever possible, we purchase corn, soybeans, and other grains to support our local farmers.

Gone are the days of mixing a little of this and a little of that in feed. Our formulas are balanced professionally by our nutritionist and mixed to perfection in our computerized batch mixing system.
